advice: train :D. I do the same thing. 10 push-ups before going to sleep is more then enough for every night.

Or do some sports.

way ahead of you :) just started to going to gym and had trainer do me excercise manual (or the thing that makes you turn into hulk :D ) and now im just waiting to see the results... maybe in 2 months i have a musle!

lol

But Im doing 20 push-ups with open hand, 10 pushups on the fists and 5 on the fingers (yes ouch). Then 35 Sit-ups and 1 minute 'six-pack' practise.

I do Karate and breakdance...so I think im ahead of you :)

well im in no hurry, or even want to have huge muscles :) as long as im i dont get exhausted from walking the stairs im happy :)
